Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original Stride Rite box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
